How we hold ourselves every minute, of every day, over time, can lead to chronic aches and pains.
Sitting hunched over in front of a computer or carrying a heavy purse on the same shoulder everyday could cause headaches, neck, shoulder, and back pain.
Some people get lower back pain when they have a looming deadline of huge work project. Other people get shoulder pain when they have to spend time with people they don’t like. And many people, store stress in their pelvis, which may manifest as all the things we don’t like to talk about, like painful periods, urinary frequency, and even constipation.
We will use yoga to retrain your muscles to support your body, rather than store stress.
